What kind of products do you offer?

From adorable soft toys and teddy bears to cozy blankets, comforters, and bags, we specialise in personalised embroidery gifts for your especial occasions. Each piece is carefully stitched with love in our family-run workshop, making every gift truly one of a kind.

Absolutely! Personalisation is what we do best. You can add names, special dates, or meaningful messages and we’re always happy to help with custom requests. Just tell us what you have in mind while ordering and we’ll make it happen.

Simply pick your favourite product, fill in personalisation box with your desired text, and any special instructions (like colour or fonts preference). If you’re unsure, feel free to message us – we’ll double-check everything before we make it happen.

We aim to get your personalised item/s made and dispatched as quickly as possible – usually within a few days. Because every piece is handmade to order, turnaround times can slightly vary. If you need your gifts by a certain date, just let us know and we’ll do our best to make it happen.

Yes, we do! We’re proud to create and send out creations worldwide. Please note that the international orders may take longer and could be subject to local customs fee.

We offer free UK delivery on orders over £50 (plus VAT). For smaller orders, shipping costs are calculated at checkout. Rest assured, we’ll always choose the most reliable delivery option to make sure your items arrive safely.

Since our products are made especially for you, we can’t accept returns on personalised items unless we’ve made a mistake or there’s a fault. If something isn’t right, please reach out right away. We’ll make sure to sort it out quickly and fairly.

To keep your embroidery items looking fresh:

· Wash gently on a cool cycle or by hand.

· Avoid bleach and harsh detergents.

· Let your items air dry or tumble dry on a low setting.

· If you need to iron it, do it on the reverse side.

Every product may have slightly different care instructions, so always check your tags or packaging first.

We take great care with every order, but if something goes wrong, please get in touch as soon as possible with a quick photo and description. We’ll fix the issue and send a replacement – promise!

If we haven’t started personalising your items yet, yes! Just contact us right away! Once we begin embroidery, changes might not be possible – but we’ll always do what we can to help.

You can securely pay through our website using major debit/credit cards or PayPal. Your payment details are always protected – we never store your card information.
